Anthony is a Sydney-based illustrator who specialises in editorial and technical illustration.

Inspired by car manuals, airline safety cards and a shoebox of old lego instructions, his carefully researched drawings are often subverted with subtle humour.

Clarity of line, tone and colour give his illustrations a modern, contemporary edge.

Anthony is a keen traveller and has been known to go to extraordinary lengths for a travel photo. He has climbed pyramids in Egypt, under castles in Scotland and once rode a motorcycle through the Swiss alps at such high altitude that the engine failed due to lack of oxygen.

Formally trained as a graphic designer, Anthony has worked in the publishing industry for 8 years. As a former art director he understands the importance of good communication and completing illustrations on time and within budget.

His work has appeared in technical documents and magazines around the world. Clients include Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness and FHM.

When not browsing through vintage book stores or his local comic shop, Anthony can be found at home working on the ultimate instruction manual to setting the timer on his VCR.
